Magnetic induction sensor for AGV (parallel output)
Stable detection from a low magnetic field (0.5 mT)! A sensor using a Hall element in the detection part.
The "Magnetic Induction Sensor for AGVs" is a sensor designed to detect the magnetic flux of guide tape laid on the floor, guiding unmanned transport vehicles (AGVs) to their intended locations and allowing them to run along the route. It can stably detect low magnetic fields (0.5mT). Additionally, 15 magnetic sensors are arranged at 10mm intervals, with multiple magnetic switches positioned directly above the guide tape turning ON and outputting in parallel. 【Features】 - Non-contact, unaffected by dust, dirt, or oil - The induction sensor detects the magnetic field from the guide tape - Can be used by laying it on carpets or non-magnetic materials - Allows for the inexpensive and easy construction of automatic guidance systems - Easy route changes due to the attached double-sided tape - The material used makes it difficult for the double-sided tape to leave residue on the floor when the guide tape is removed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
